Sabari's Vision: AI That Makes a Difference

17 September 2026

Last weekend, we concluded our first CXO Offsite at Khandala, in partnership with House Of Tej.

More on it in coming posts, but I wanted to first share this.

One of the conversations I was most looking forward to was with Sabari Venkat Sreenivas.

Jaspreet Bindra and I first met Sabari while teaching at Ashoka earlier this year, and since then, undoubtedly, he has become one of our heroes.

During our class at Ashoka University in March 2026, I had just finished talking about the principles of vibe coding and we were heading into the coffee break.

Sabari came up to us and said something along the lines of:

While you were teaching, I applied the concepts and built an app that helps people like me send WhatsApp messages without spelling errors.

That was our introduction to him.

Sabari is 100% visually impaired. He is 23, works full-time, has a master’s in International Relations, and has been felicitated by Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam and Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

And he uses AI more skilfully than most people I know. I’ll share more about this conversation in coming posts.

Perhaps the part I want to share the most is about RizzVision, the fashion assistant he is building for visually impaired people.

It can describe clothes, maintain a digital wardrobe, suggest combinations, assist with shopping, and act almost like a mirror, telling you if something about your appearance needs attention.

If you think you can help Sabari with resources to realise his vision to build RizzVision, please DM.
